Selfridge's department store was constucted in 1908 by American businessman Harry Gordon Selfridge. The store occupies an entire city block and sells virtually everything from household gadgets to fine cashmeres. Selfridge's is a shopper's heaven with a huge selection of products all under one roof.

One of London's most famous streets, Baker Street, runs between Regent's Park to the north and Oxford Street to the south. Only seven tenths of a mile in length Baker Street is one of the capital’s most significant shoppping and cultural districts.
